Would you be able to dig up a Spotify Premium receipt at all? You should have been sent one via text or email, depending on the information you gave Spotify on signup. If you can't remember the email it's worth checking any email accounts you have just in case.
If you don't have a premium receipt then the only way to get that moving would be to contact Spotify Care through this anonymous contact form, it'll not require any sign up info. Hope that helps!
