Forgotten my username/email and passoword

I was logged in for about 3 months and now I don't remember the email adress and it wasn't connected to my facebook. I have premium so I am now paying for the account even though I can't log in. How can I get my username back and/or cancel premium without logging in?

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
