Forgotten password and need to update email address but can't without password!

Okay so I have forgotten my spotify login password, and have been accessing spotify via my facebook account.

The current email address I have saved to my account has been deactivated, and I want to update my spotify account email address and reset my password. However, in order to do this, I need to input my "current" password - the one I have forgotten. How do I get around this/fix this?
