Free Spotify in Contract.

I've had Spotify for a while now and I adore it but I've started a new phone contract which gives me Spotify for free as a bonus. Only problem is that I can't link my account while it's premium. I've cancelled the subscription but given the 30 day cancellation policy I'm still a premium member. Is there anyway to stop this?

Hey @Alwayslitbrit, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

You can either wait for your current Premium plan to run out, or you can contact Spotify customer service for help sorting out the account details required to stop your Premium pre-maturely. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. You can also use the online contact form on this website if you would prefer to communicate by email. They usually respond within 48 hours.
