Hi. Could you try going to the upgrade page using a different browser?
Hey, I tried to get the 30 free premium version but when I hit ok on the screen where you also have to pick you payment method, it always shows me that my password is incorrect although I registered with my correct password and I didn't have to put in another password again.
What can I do?
That's strange. First off, could you try updating your password and giving this another try?
I changed my password, logged off and logged on again
But it's still the same... this is what it shows on the screen, unfortunately it's in German. But the red words mean "wrong password".
nitschie2912 - Thanks for giving that a try. Next up, could you try again using an alternate browser/an incognito window and let us know if this makes any difference at all?
2112 - Before anything else, can I double check that you're attempting to use a UK payment method to subscribe?

I already tried it yesterday at home with my mozilla browser which shows the same results and today I tried it with internet explorer under the in-private browsen option.... same results =(
