Free trial cancelled but still charged

Hi i recently underwent your free trial but after a long think i decided that i could not afford it and i would continue with my free membership and i cancelled it on the 21st of this month. I have now just received a bill for £10 and i had to re cancel. Coud I please have a refund of this amount as i already cancelled my membership

Same here,  NEED REFUND due to charged after canceling early for the Free trial.

0 support... my third request to get this fixed. what is this bull**bleep**?? cancel my subscription now. i'm not paying for crap.
