From Premium to Free due to fail upgrading payment info from new Credit Card

Hello. Forgot to update new credit info so got free. But i came over a deal 3 month premium for 9,99 US$. It was sucsessully transfered 9,99 US$ from my bank account June 17th. But is my account now Premium? No, did'nt even get a email about the purchase. 

I live in Norway btw. 

Anyone? Have i came across a scam spotify homepage or is that 3 for 1 ringing a bell?

Status: "You are currently using Spotify Free. To get the most out of Spotify, sign up for Spotify Unlimited or Spotify Premium".

Do you think there's any chance of getting the 9,99 refunded?

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to lend a hand to get you to your Premium. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
