Getting charged by spotify and Virgin media

Hi Ive paid directly to spotify the past two months but just found out I've also been charged by Virgin media for those same two months,thanks in advance if anyone can help.

Hi Graager,

The account linked to your Community profile is being funded by your card and I cannot find a Virgin Media subscription for you.  The next steps would be for you to contact Virgin and ask them for the username/email address of the Spotify account that they are paying towards.  You could then ask them to change the subscription so that they are paying towards graager.

Thanks for the reply,as you can see from the photos it says I'm on spotify but not paying,yet on my bill it's charging me,and the account just links back to the one I'm using.I guess I'm just going to have to go through the hell of their customer service,thanks anyway .
