Greetings, 

 

I recently received a Spotify gift card, and wanted to use it to activate premium mode. I had previously tried the free month of premium, and did not know that my credit card information was stored. I accidentally billed the credit card when my intention was to use the gift card (I expected the next page to be a 'how would you like to pay' page but instead it just auto-billed me). I have now added the card and it states that my account will remain premium until 2013-05-20.

 

Is it possible to remove one month of service and refund me the 10 dollars?
