Gift Card No-Email, no answers

Gift Card No-Email, no answers

Hello!

 

A friend of mine bought a 3-monts-gift-card. The code was generated, we saw it on screen, but we never got any E-Mails. There are no spam and the Mail-Adresses (mine an the oneof my friend)  were correct.

I wrote the support 5 times in the last 14 days, but I just got back automatically generated mails.

I need the number of the bill to get the money back, but we don't have the bill.

What shall I do?

Hey Matze!

 

You can get a receipt number and history of your transactions here, in the "Your Receipts" Section of your Account page.

 

From there when you contact Support again you have proof of the transaction and a order number so the agent can assist you better.

There are no Information under that particular point.

My problem is, that there is NO answer from support. This is ignorant.

In other cases the firms wrote an answer, at least. Ok, bla.

 

I will have to wait.
