Why cannot I purchase a gift card directly on the website? It states my card is having a bad day. I have tried two different cards and still will not work. How can I purchase this?

I suggest you clear your browsers' cache and then retry. Maybe using Chrome in Incognito Mode...

I am not sure what you mean by this? I did clear my browser and then just tried again. Still will not work. It states that they take AMEX and that's what I am using. Any other suggestions?

When you use the 'incognito' browsing mode, "Webpages that you open and files downloaded while you are incognito won't be logged in your browsing and download histories; all new cookies are deleted after you close the incognito. It has worked with several users who went through this issue.
