Glitch on following and follower

I have been only having 17 followers before till the date. Usually i dont check my followers and following list more. I have only followed 2 profiles on my account. I followed An artist and one of my girlfriend. Yesterday i saw that i was following another profile when i did not even visit spotify that much recently. I unfollowed it. Today Morning Same, I tested if it was a glitch and turns out it is true. I followed another account and unfollowed again but after sometime reloading the screen i am still able to see the same account on my following section. This is emergency so please help me out in this. Let me know if this is spotify's Glitch or The account is hacked cause i did not do it.

Could be that someone else has access to your account and is following them. You might want to try resetting your password and seeing if the person is still being followed afterwards.
