Got Premium, but plays in free mode?

Hello
I have bought Spotify premium. But when I use the app on my phone it says I got no premium... why is this? I know I got premium, cuz when I log in on my account on Spotify.com it says I have premium... also i paid for it 5 days ago.. so I don't understand what's wrong.

I have tried reinstalling and log in log out of the app, but nothing works...
Please I need help

 Firstly, try the steps listed in this support article. If those steps do not work, you will need to contact the Spotify Accounts team to resolve this issue. The easiest way to do that is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
