Got hacked and changed email

So I got hacked a while ago. The account is linked to Facebook so i changed FB pw and email pw. All good since then until now. When i was going to change the mobile phone number in Account -> edit profile i see that the hacker has changed the email. Now apparently I need the Spotify pw (not the same as FB pw) to change the email or mobile phone number... obviously i can't reset the Spotify password as the link won't be sent to me. 

Please help!
