I have emailed spotify twice about me losing my account details + email for an account that I got premium on and i have no way of getting onto it to cancel it and I just got a text today saying I payed 9.99 for this month and I can't stop it....

Sadly this isn't a question we user can answer there. I know you have emailed spotify, but you have tried, instead, on open a ticket and ask them directly there?
