HELP NEEDED WITH ACCOUNT UPGRADE

After a change in my credit card number, I had to re-upgrade to Premium. However, Spotify on ALL  my devices thinks I'm a free member. Would like an answer and frankly a more user-friendly way to resolve this than joining a message board. A phone number, maybe? Please?

We can't offer phone support at the moment, I'm afraid. If you'd like to email in, just do so here.

 

 

However, I can see that you have entered new payment details on your Spotify account. You'll just need to restart your subscription.

 

You can resubscribe by logging into your Subscription page: http://www.spotify.com/account/subscription
