HELP all of my playlists are gone!!!!

Hi, I've read the boards logged in via Facebook and Spotify, re-installed etc etc and nothing has changed, the only playlists I have are my local imported ones.

Something strange was happening on my Facebook and Twitter accounts recently, so I changed passwords on both, since then no playlists to be found.

My bank recently sent me a new card but I forget to update my new card details on Spotify, so my Unlimited account has since expired, is this something to do with my problem? Are my lists being held hostage until I pay up? I won't resubscribe and pay until I know all my lists can be found, there's no point otherwise I'd have to begin allover again.   

These lists took hours to create, one of which is for a special Birthday party happening in Feb, to say I'm distraught is a understatement.

Any help would be much appreciated, I logged a help request and received the most unhelpful answer back 'read the boards' hmmm thanks for that!

Spotify store your playlists and allow you to access them no matter what subscription plan you are on, so that has nothing to do with them going missing. 

I'm going to escalate this topic to the community staff for you, hopefully they will be able to look into this for you.
