I was at a premium for a while, but this month the spotify could not take the money from my card , then they canceled my premium . I am now trying to remake the premium with the same card and I can not

If I understand what you are posting is the current payment method that you was using for Spotify permium that did work is now not working?

If you have google chrome browser, have you tried trying the incognito mode and then trying to make the payment again and/or using a different browser? You might also try another computer you trust outside of your current network to rule out connection errors and/or issues at the Spotify website. If these do not work post back, and I am sure a Rock Star will escalate this issue for you, so a Spotify mod can take a peek and get you on your way to a fix. Accounts are touchy issues due to the private information involved.
