HOW TO- transfer old account songs to new account

I recently was paying monthly for spotify . I had 500 songs roughly and used it everyday!! Long story short my old phone with everything on it is no longer in my hands and I had never wrote down my account information for anything. Emails, Facebook spotify etc. And don't remember really any of them. Basically wondering if there's anyway I can somehow transfer my account to my new one. I do know the email it was used with and I have my card that I used to sign up. Please let me know and would greatly appreciate it!!!

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Hopefully with your payment details, they'll be able to update your email address, or merge both your old and new accounts. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
