Hacked account

Hi,

My Spotify premium account just got hacked.

My e-mail has been changed so I cannot change the password.

Please help!

That's not good. In this case, I'd suggest using the anonymous contact form to get in touch with a member of the Spotify so they can take a look behind the scenes for you. Make sure to not be logged in the community or any Spotify account before you use the form, otherwise any response from support will go to the compromised or changed email address assosiated with your account. Thus, keep in mind to add all the necessary information so that support knows which account you need help with 🙂

They usually get back within 24-48 hours.
