Hacked account

Somehow my Spotify account got hacked and the hacker managed to change my mail information. I can still log in to my account thro facebook but I can't change password, close the account or do anything else then listen to music. How can i take back controll of my account when I can't change the mail, password or any account information. If i use the help forms the answers spotify sends out will go to the hackers mail and not mine.

When you fill out the contact form for Spotify, please mention your own email address(instead of the one from hacked account) so we can send the email to that address.

After contacting Spotify, if you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and the support team will be able to help you out.

Spotify support usually replies within 24 - 48 hours. Please wait for the reply with your kind patience 🙂

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and the support team will be able to help you out. 

Make sure to check your spam, so you won't miss anything.
