Hacked

Ok so I get an email saying email address changed....some random  g1442120@mvrht.net. Well I had to create this new account just to post this question. My hacked account is a premium account...how do I cancel all that information? I shouldnt have to wait 24 hours to cancel an account that is hacked...this makes no darn sense!

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
