Hacked?

Hacked?

Someone has got access to my account and has changed my email and password so I can't reset my password. I sent a contact form but have had no response maybe as they are sending the response to the new email...

 

Any Ideas?

Hi,

 

Have you checked your spam folder? Make sure spotify is whitelisted.

I suggest you specify in your contact form that you have been hacked and the email you would like a reply to is x if that's possible.

If you have access to your Spotify account but someone else is logged on, you can get a force logout on everything by posting in this topic.
