Hacked!!!!!

Somebody logged into my account I have no idea who they are every time I try and listen to my music it pauses and it starts playing from their phone... I've changed my password multiple times... But every time I change it, it doesn't require me to log back In so I'm assuming it doesn't make them log in either...how do I get this fu#ker off my account

Change your Spotify and Facebook passwords, then press the "Sign Out Everywhere" button on your online account page:

https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/

That will boot all of your devices off and require a login.

This keeps happening to me too.  I've changed my password and logged out of all devices online, an Android device keeps showing up as logged in (I use an IPhone).  I keep changing my FB password and this keeps happening in middle of night, and paused my music when I try to play when I wake up.

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they should be able to investigate this in a little more detail for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
