Entré con mi código de Usuario en Spotify y compré una tarjeta regalo de 12 meses. La tarjeta no ha llegado al destinatario y he comprobado con él que la dirección de email era la correcta.
Sin embargo a mí sí me ha llegado un mensaje con el recibo de la compra y un link en el que podía canjear el código de acceso. Esto último parece que sólo funciona con mi usuario pero yo no quiero que sea así sino que sea para otro usuario.
Qué me aconsejais????

As far as I am aware, the link in your email should be good for someone else to redeem on their account.
If not, or if you have any issues, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to make sure it gets sorted for you (and they can speak spanish!) 😉
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

A mi me ha pasado lo mismo, es decir, he comprado una tarjeta regalo y no le ha llegado a su destinatario. Y tampoco me ha llegado ningún recibo a mi. ¿Que hago? Muchas gracias
