Help, I am being charged but I do not have the upgrade status.

I have an account that used to be premium but I canceled it. Everything on the home page says I have a free account.. no isssues there. But I went into my bank account the other day and little did I know spotify has been charging me for months. How do I get them to stop doing this and to get refunded. With such a big company spotify needs an over the phone answering service. I filled out the forms to get contacted but I only got an automated email. Could someone help me please

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

If you have sent a request using the online contact form and got an automated email reply directing you back to the community, then you need to reply directly to that email (even if it is from no-reply) and a member of the Spotify team will be in touch normally within 48 hours. Its worth a quick double check of your spam/trash folders just incase a reply has got caught up in those.
