Hi,
When I try to login with my email I got a warning that says that I the email and the password dont correspond. But when I try to restore the password with the same email I got the email correctly. Then I change the password and try to login again and got the same error.
If I change the email whit my account number 1110********* the new password work correctly and In my profile I can see my email. This email is the same email I cant use to login.
Any idea to fix this problem? Thanks so much!

If I'm understanding your situation correctly, it sounds like you may have used Facebook to set up your account. If that's the case, try logging in using your Facebook account and not your email address!

I hope you don't mind me jumping in here!
If you want to close your Spotify account, you'll be able to register again afterwards with the same email address 🙂 You may need to wait for a day afterwards, though, to give time for the change to refresh across Spotify's services.

Finally some people from Spotify staff help me. Now I have other account with the same data, and now all works fine.

I too had this issue yesterday & had to reset my password. I also now cannot access any of my playlists. My history shows & my daily mixes are all there but my playlists are gone. This has happened on all my devices! Any assistance anyone can provide is appreciated!!

If so, are your lost playlists showing in your list of 'deleted playlist'?
