Help. Someone have been changing my email and password

Hello! I've had spotify premium since it was invite-only and this have never happened before. Lately i got a new phone, and discovered that my recent music is some german music i've never been listening on in my entire life so i guessed my new phone was pocked-adding playlists. But no. Yesterday when i was gonna fly 6hours home from vacation i suddently saw that i had spotify free? And no offline playlists.. So that was a long flight home.. And so today when im going to login and look on my payment details why i dont have premium i see my email is changed to soldier05@outlook.de? Another person using my account. And the password is not the same. Im trying to resetting my password but then i need this hacker thief mail account. And i cant even change mail without typing in the password he sits on. How can he change password without notifying me when my account is linked to my facebook account? I saw on support sites that that was not possible if the account is linked.
Ans most funny of all. Why has he canceled my premium status?
Worst of all spotify contact team auto-replies to me i german when im norwegian? I almost cry..

Hey @Viste19,

The Spotify Support team usually replies within 24-48 hours.

If you still have not gotten a reply:

    • Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.
    • If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the Community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.
    • If you never got an email, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email in there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used to sign up to Spotify. You can check your accounts email address here.
