Help canceling subscription

Help canceling subscription

Hi

 

I tried to canceled my subscription few days ago. I remember it even asked me why I would do such a thing...

Got a new payment from paypal two days after. Was this payment for august or september?

 

Also it says on my account:

"Votre abonnement Spotify Premium sera renouvelé automatiquement le 2014-09-24 et facturé 9,99 € chaque mois, sauf annulation de l'abonnement préalablement à cette date."

 

How can I be sure it won't continue?

 

Btw is there a french support here?

Looks like from that status your subscription hasn't been cancelled. Did you definitely follow the steps here going all the way through until you confirm your password and get the confirmation screen?
