Help im not techy and theres no support here

Help im not techy and theres no support here

I had a family plan, my credit card got stolen. In the time to replace the card my account t expired. I added the new card and now it'll only let me log into premium individual even though I only have a family plan.

It looks like when you updated your payment method, a different plan may have been signed up for, which is why you might now be seeing an individual plan. To avoid this kind of confusion in the future, I recommend following the steps in this article when updating your payment information.

 

If you'd like, you can change your plan to Spotify Family by following these steps.
