Help me Canceling the subscription that automatically went through today

I visited back this website to unsubscribe and found that it just went through today. I cancelled coming auto payment on Jan.24 

 

but I don't know how to cancel the one for next 30 days.

 

Im trying to contact my bank to deny the transcation as well.

Hello!

You would need to contact Spotify directly for this, you can do that here. If you get an automated reply just reply directly to that email (even if it is a no-reply). They should be able to find out what is going on, we don't really see the billing side of things in the community 🙂 Also, make sure you have followed the instructions here to cancel your subscription.
