Help me please, error 408.

Hi there,

Spotify is telling me that I can't access my account anymore because I've been "roaming".

Apparently my IP address doesn't match the country i'm registered in.

My Spotify profile has me registered in Australia (Which I didn't do), because I bought my computer there, and I'm

assuming that there's something in the computer that says where it's from.

I live in Canada, and started my Spotify account in the U.S.A because I was there on holidays.

Can someone help me fix this problem?

Spotify profile won't allow me to change my country.

That won't be needed. 

 

Spotify has not yet launched in Canada, so you won't be able to use the service if you live there permanently until it becomes available in the future.

I think you may have to submit a contact form for help with that.

 

Hope this sorts things out for you. I know I'd be missing Spotify a lot...

That won't be needed. 

 

Spotify has not yet launched in Canada, so you won't be able to use the service if you live there permanently until it becomes available in the future.
