Help! my unlimited account has been degraded to spotify free

Can someone please help me?! my unlimited account has been degraded to spotify free, i don´t know why and i´m paying:( i´ve logged on and off plenty of times but it doesn´t help. i´ve tried to contact support but without succes.. Can someone help me?!

What is your account subscription status in your online overview? (Make sure you log in with the correct details) 

Normally account being downgraded to free occurs when a payment has failed. Check your email 😉

tovalisa - Looks like your most recent payment failed. To get that Unlimited going again, you'll need to resubscribe.
