Help with family member login

I invited my wife, but we can’t figure out if she needs to create her own account or login with my credentials. When she tries to create an account it tells her that her email is already associated with an account. 

can someone help?

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

 

It sounds like the account of your wife might be blocked by the Spotify security system. In order to unlock it and join your family plan, she'd need to contact our customer support team though one of the channels here. Hope this helps.
