Hey, Does this reach anyone who actually works for Spoitify or is this crowd sourced customer service? I need help and getting in contact with someone who can help seems darn near impossible on this website. Signed into a new device and my music is gone. Playlists still exist but all the albums I had saved to my music are missing. What is this? I pay for this and have been pleased so far, but this is nonsense.

Can you try logging out of the app and then logging back in to see if that helps?
