I'm a college student that has been paying the regular price to find out there was a student discount so I canceled my subscrition a month ago so I can renew it this month for the student price and I'm on the page that ask for my name and the college I go to and every time I press continue it says "we were unable to validate your student details, please check your status and try again" i really would appreciate if you guys would help me set my account up to the student discount price.
