Help!

My bank account was charged the fee of $4.99, and I'm assuming it was for the student account but I've been logging in and out , refreshing the page and my email but it still says I have the free subscription. What do I do or who can help ? Pleaseeee

If you haven't received a receipt from Spotify via Email, it's very likely just a pending charge: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/managing_payments/pending-charges/

Thank you for the article. It has been two days and I still don't have a receipt via email or my account hasn't been updated to premium. I'll be giving it a couple more days

I don't think that you'll receive one because it is a pending charge:

The pending charge is a part of your bank’s authorization process. They place a temporary authorization on the funds, but if the transaction wasn’t successfully completed, no money will actually be taken.

In this instance, the authorization will expire and the funds will reappear on your statement. This can take up to 2 working days, depending on your bank.
