I have been disconnected from Spotify and can't get logged back in to update credit card information. I don't want to start a new account... I just need to reactivate my regular account

I'd love to help you out today to get you back in to your account and back to music!  Could you possibly offer some more specifics on the following:

1. Error messages you might be receiving on attempted log in 
2. What device or browser you're using to login
3. Which version of Spotify you're running
4. How you usually sign in (Log in through facebook or email/username through Spotify)

I usually go through FB. It says username incorrect. I have tried to change my password via my username it says this account doesn't exist... even though it has my picture in the corner. I am a dance teacher and all my music on there is everything... I guess the bank denied the credit card not knowing what Spotify was thinking it was a false charge. I am even inputting the same credit card information.

Your music won't have been deleted or removed so don't worry too much we can get this sorted.

OK, have you changed your password with facebook recently? If you have a facebook account you'll have a 10 digit number username on any Spotify premium receipt that may work for logging in. Give that a go. 

If you're still stuck outside your account I'd probably suggest getting in touch with Spotify Care, which you can do through their facebook if you like or you can use this contact form or their twitter.

Please help. I cannot connect my spotify account to my facebook.

It says that it is Temporarily Unavailable.
