2 days ago I asked help from Spotify and I am still waiting for any answer from them !!
Is that kind of delay usual...?

When you got in touch, if you got an automated email reply you need to reply directly to it (even if it is from a no-reply address) for your case to reach an adviser. Once you have done that you should normally hear something back within 24 hours.
