Hi my name is Daniel just wondering what's going on with my app cuz it keeps giving me trouble for the past month and you guys did charge me so I don't think it's fair that you guys are charging me in my application on Spotify is Frozen On Me A lot it skip some of the songs and then some of the songs that doesn't want to play and stuff like that and I would like to get an answer back from you guys thank you

In this case, can you try reinstalling Spotify on your device with these steps?

 

If after you've done that your still having the same problem, let us know what device, operating system and Spotify version you're using.
