How do I change my country to USA

Hi Spotify, i temporarily moved to Singapore and created my Spotify account there and also used the gift card back. Now that I am back in USA, I can't change back my country in my settings. Please help 🙂

Hey @Keaganmichael, welcome to the community!

If you're back in the USA, but you're still rocking the Premium subscription you purchased in Singapore, you'll need to wait until the account to go back to Free.

You'll then be able to follow these steps to update your country, and then resubscribe with a payment method from the USA.

If the account is already back to Free, and you can't update the country, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to try again.

As a last resource, you can try using a different device and internet connection altogether.

Really?! If I move from Singapore to USA and I have a premium account, I can't just change my country and payment method? I have to first go back to a free account, then change, then re-subscribe to premium? This still hasn't changed since 2018?! (since I'm facing it now). That's terrible UX!
