How do I delete my account for good???

I want to start fresh with a new account, but I can’t delete my own one.. I canceled my premium account but I can’t delete my whole account? I want all the songs and playlists gone. I also need my email for my new account..

Second: Click account and hit I want to close my Spotify Account Permanently
