How do I figure out all my account numbers for premium?

My son wanted to delete his FB account but didn't want to lose his spotify, so we created a new FB profile (same email/user name) and deleted his old one (changed user name and email prior to deletion).  When he went to his spotify it said he only had a trial membership (although he is a premium member) so I switched his acct to premium and got changed for it.  So now I'm fearful I have 2 premium accounts.  But how in the world do I figure this out when only 1 FB acct is attached to it???

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

Best thing to do is to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to track down any accounts you have and make sure you only have one active subscription as it does sound like you now have multiple accounts including a Facebook one you won't be able to login to access.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
