How do I get Premium through Rogers working?

How do I get Premium through Rogers working?

Activated my free premium through Rogers. Rogers tech says all ok from there end and to contact Spotify to remedy.

 

Have logged in and out several times but that solution did not work???

Make sure that you've activate Spotify on your end.

Log in to your MyRogers account, and select Spotify Premium as your experience. Once done, it will ask you to sign into your Spotify account.

In case the above has already been confirmed, you need to make sure you're accessing the correct account.

If you made your account with a Spotify username, make sure you're not typing your email address on the log in screen. For Facebook-created accounts, click Log in with Facebok.
