How do I link another account to my Spotify to unblock content?

I’ve subscribed to a membership for additional content from a podcast I listen to frequently. To access the members-only episodes, I need to link my account with Will Media. The process asks for my email, and I receive a verification code, but when I try to link the account, I encounter an error. How can I resolve this issue?
