How do I link one username to a different email adress?

Hi. So apparently my old username is linked up to my new email adress, and my new username (which I think I created via facebook) has now been linked to a spotify@... email adress. Is there any way that I can delete the old one so I can keep all my new lists and still link it up to my new email adress?

To update the email address on your Spotify account, just follow these steps. However, if the email address was updated without your permision and you don't have access to the account anymore, its best to follow this article to get in touch with the right team.
