How do I reset a miss-typed email when I have also forgotten my password?

I recently got a new phone and I tried to re-log into my Spotify account on it. However, I found out that I had used a miss-typed email (where i put an L where there was supposed to be an O). The unfortunate thing is that I have forgotten my old password. Therefore I need to reset both. Another downside is that I cannot make a new account because I have premium on my miss-typed account and am not the primary holder of said premium so I cannot transfer it to another account. Is there anything else that I can try? I am using a new, free account to log into this so I can receive feedback.
