How do i recover missing emails?

The wrong email was on my account and I missed a presale code from an artisit. is there anyway to recover?

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community!

You'll need to access this e-mail in order to see the code. You can either try different passwords or request a new one.

On another note, if you'd like to change the e-mail associated with your account, you can do that on your account page. Under account overview > Edit profile. This way you can make sure that you won't miss any presale codes in the future. 

In case you're still having issues, feel free to reach out to our Customer Support team through one of the channels here. They should be able to check what's going on and help you further.
