How long does it take for someone to answer an inquiry?

I'm not going to spend all day searching for my specific problem, I already tried!

I have emailed yesterday and have not received a response back! 

I need help with my account, and there's no one to physically talk to!

If this is the only forum for customer service than I need help please!

Hey @user-removed 🙂

When you got in touch you should have received an automated email reply with a case number in it. Reply directly to that email even if it says not too and that will bump your case in the system - someone should normally get back to you within 24 hours.

I've been trying for weeks and so far I've only gotten 1 respone it's ridiculous!
