How to find out what account that i have premium on

Hi, just saw on my bankhistory that im paying for premium but when i log in to my "main" email account its not premium. So is it anyway to find out which account im paying for ? i cant remeber any email or so. Im guessing that is a random account so i could try 30 days premium free.

Hey @iverlip,

You can search for an email receipt for your subscription purchase in your email accounts. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

If you can't find one, you should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. With your payment info, they should locate the account you're paying for.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.
